Top tables
|
| A themed table, like this Love Hearts one from the website www.confetti.co.uk, looks very pretty. |
With the addition of a few well-chosen decorations, your reception tables will look pretty as a picture, says Sam Pope
If you are having a sit-down meal as part of your wedding celebrations, you will want your tables to be a talking point. There are many options available, depending on your budget. If you want to push the boat out, why not buy themed table decorations, like the one opposite, where everything is included? Alternatively, you could buy the decorations individually. Perhaps have one centrepiece such as a group of balloons or a pretty pot of flowers in the middle and individual favours for each guest to take home.
Disposable cameras are also popular, not as favours but as an informal way for your guests to capture the day from the meal onwards. Cameras are normally cheaper bought in bulk from a wedding supplier and can sometimes be personalised.
