| Make firm arrangements with friends or family offering to help | |
| Arrange to hire menswear if required | |
| Ensure bridesmaids dresses and accessories have been ordered | |
| Buy shoes, veil, headdress and any other accessories | |
| One week to go:- | |
| Finalise numbers with your caterer or venue | |
| Check that youir outfit still fits comfortably | |
| Collect hired menswear and try it on: changes are often required | |
| Wear in your wedding shoes to avoid blisters on the day | |
| Have a practice hair and make-up session | |
| Make final checks on the details | |
